Hi, I’m Crystal — the founder of Rooted & Rising Strategies.

This work was born from both faith and lived experience. In my own journey, I’ve seen how easy it is to lose sight of balance and peace while trying to care for others and pursue a meaningful calling. After walking through a season of loss — including the passing of a dear friend — I felt God stirring a deeper purpose in me: to help others build lives and businesses that stay grounded in what truly matters.

That’s where Rooted & Rising began — as a way to serve those who serve others.

My mission is to restore clarity and build community by helping small business owners and mental health professionals create strategies that are both grounded and grace-filled. I believe growth is strongest when it’s rooted in faith, guided by purpose, and nurtured with compassion.
